Terms

Terms for using DayDryft.

These terms describe the basic rules for using DayDryft. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and understand the limits of travel-planning information.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping account access secure, and for activity performed through your account.

Your trip content

You retain responsibility for the places, notes, reservations, preferences, uploads, and other content you add. You grant DayDryft the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content in order to operate the service.

Travel information changes

Hours, prices, routes, availability, weather, venue rules, travel times, and other third-party information can change. DayDryft is a planning aid, not a guarantee that a place will be open, a reservation will be honored, or a route will perform exactly as estimated.

Bookings and third-party services

When DayDryft links to or uses information from third-party maps, venues, booking services, weather providers, or other services, those services may have their own terms. DayDryft is not the operator of those third-party services.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use DayDryft in a way that harms other users or the service.

Service changes

DayDryft is an evolving product. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the service develops.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, DayDryft does not make guarantees about uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party travel information.

Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product changes. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page.
